Week 5 - Camp Butterworth - July 17-21, 2017

Please select a camp session and a t-shirt size to register.  Overnight and transportation optional.
  • Daisy Discoverer - Let your curiosity run wild in this fun session! Make new friends, learn new songs, and plan a special hike. You'll also learn about animals while exploring the 5 Flowers, 4 Stories, 3 Cheers for Animals Journey, make crafts and enjoy spending time at the pool.
  • Mystery Mayhem - Clues, excitement, and suspense are just part of the fun! Start training your senses to be the best Brownie detectives. Don't forget to investigate different parts of camp -- who knows what you'll find at the pool, archery range, or climbing wall!? Girls will explore the Brownie Senses badge. 
  • Camp Scene Investigation - Time’s running out, and we need your help to solve the crime before the villain gets away! You and your fellow sleuths will learn the tricks of the trade from a real detective before visiting the scene of the crime. There, you will uncover clues and start interviewing suspects. Girls will explore the Junior Detective Badge.
  • Bond, Jane Bond - Women have a history of being amazing secret agents. Learn some of basic skills of special agents like the art of detection, keys to body language, and forensic chemistry. Plus, you'll get to interview a forensic scientist!
  • Program Aide Training - Earn your PA award while working with Brownies at Day Camp! Spend your first day with your fellow PAs in training, then spend the rest of the week with in the unit with girls. Girls will be awarded their pin on Friday before they head home.
  • Butterworth Program Aide - If you have completed Program Aide training and would like to spend the week at day camp working with girls developing leadership, team building, and programming skills, then this is a great opportunity for you! Work with camp staff to implement programs such as badge work, crafts, nature hikes, singing, and more. PAs need to be dropped off and picked up each day, or use the transportation provided.
