CSAcon is happening Presidents' Day weekend in February 2023.

Come find your roar, Katy Perry style.

Enjoy all that your fellow Girl Scouts have planned for you at a CSAcon packed full of activities, speakers, and workshops focused on building leadership, courage, confidence, and advocacy. 

Take the lead all weekend by choosing activities that interest YOU the most. Workshops will explore topics such as fostering a supportive and respective environment, mental health, and water ways. Workshop selections will be made available after registration. 

Get to know other girls in grades 6-12 and sharpen your leadership skills. There will also be swimming, dancing, and more!

Stronger together, hear us roar.

Council staff and approved volunteers will chaperone this event, planned by the girl-led CSA Conference Committee.

When can I register my Girl Scout?
Registration is now open and closes on February 3, 2023!

What if it fills up before I can register my girl?
We will have a waiting list!

I’m not a GSWO member, can I still register my Girl Scout?
Absolutely! We welcome Girl Scouts from all over to join us for CSAcon!

Who plans this?
Girl Scouts! CSAcon is planned by a group of 15 Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors (with some adult guidance) to make conference an amazing experience for girls, by girls!

How much does it cost?The cost is $165/girl. Girls will get 2 full days of programming workshops and hear from valuable members of the local community to find their roar and stand stronger together panels. They will also have time to connect with Girl Scouts from around our council while receiving a T-shirt and Leadership Conference patch! 

Is Financial Aid available?
Yes, financial aid can cover a percentage of the program cost. To request Financial Aid, visit our Financial Assistance web page.  

Can non-members register?
This event is for Girl Scout members only. If a girl wants to participate and is not already a Girl Scout, she can register for a Girl Scout membership and CSAcon! Financial Aid is available to cover the cost of membership registration if needed.

How will this be supervised?
We have a core team of Girl Scout staff and volunteers who will be present in all sessions, workshops, and meetups to monitor the event!

Why in-person?
We feel that based on current CDC guidelines and council COVID-19 guidelines, we can safely return to an in-person conference this year. We will be operating at full capacity. Please visit our COVID-19 webpage is you have further questions.
