An enrichment opportunity for adults that are ready to further their outdoor experience and skills while learning from and connecting with fellow volunteers. Attendees will choose from a variety of sessions that focus on topics such as outdoor skills, outdoor/ STEM journeys, camp activities and more. Those interested will have the option to attend the Learning Facilitator Training session to prepare them for the next steps in joining a team of volunteers that focus on training other volunteers on topics like Journeys, Highest Awards and Grade-Level Guidance or outdoor topics like Outdoor Skills, Lodge Camp Training and Troop Camp Training. The overnight is optional, but highly encouraged as we take the opportunity to explore camp, connect with one another and practice a few skills. There is no additional cost for the overnight. Current Learning Facilitators are invited to share their knowledge and best practices while also developing their skills. They will gather for a session all their own to share ideas, successes, opportunities, updated role information and more. Please contact Layla Ahlers if interested in facilitating a session.

Plan the activities and lead younger girls in activities like,crafts, songs, games, and stories, and create a haunted mansion. Consider staying overnight before or after the event (Planned by your and your troop leader). Attendance at the training and event are required. A short LiA/PA presentation will take place at training. Patch included. Note: Adults that register are required to assist in the chaperoning older girls during the event.

Train to take troops camping overnight in a council-owned lodge or cabin. Learn about planning, progression, preparation, safety, site orientation, and resources. Prerequisite: Read Trip and Overnight Planning Training Manual. Lodge Camp Training can also be completed through home-study guide or attending Camping 101 with your troop.

New campers RULE! Ease into camping through fun songs, hiking, building a campfire, and staying in a lodge. Learn beginning camp skills from our camp staff- like cooking a snack over the fire- while learning fire safety, and meet new friends from other troops. One leader from each troop will receive training Saturday morning from 9:30 am-12:30 pm. Please specify the name of this leader on the registration form. Troops must follow girl/adult ratio regulations and stay for the entire program to receive credit.
