This fun weekend is a combination of troop camp training plus lots of extras including songs, games, using vagabond stoves, making fire starters, exploring camp and more! Train to take troops camping in all camp facilities, including platform tents, wagons, and personal tents. Covers planning, tent care and basic outdoor skills, including fire building, cooking, knots, knives, Leave No Trace practices, map and compass, nature activities, and more. Prerequisite: Complete Lodge Camp Training.

One leader from each troop will receive training Saturday morning from 9:30 am-12:30 pm. Please specify the name of this leader on the registration form. Troops must follow girl/adult ratio regulations and stay for the entire program to receive credit.

This is not intended to be a mother/daughter event; please limit the number of adults to allow for the maximum number of troops to participate. Troops MUST attend with a Troop Camp Trained adult.
