Digital Dough | Girl Scouts of Western Ohio

What is Digital Dough? It's a digital currency Girl Scouts can earn throughout the year, including as a reward during the Girl Scout Cookie Program. She can use it for herself, or contribute to her troop to fund all sorts of things—event registration, uniforms, badges, and even memberships! The best part? No paper certificates to worry about!

How to use Girl Digital Dough

To complete membership renewal using Digital Dough, please select "Membership Renewal" on the Girl Digital Dough Redemption form and we'll take care of it for you. Once we have everything completed, you'll receive an email confirmation letting you know she's all set for next year!

Note: Each girl should be deciding how her individual dough should be spent. If the troop leader is registering on behalf of a girl and she wants to use her Digital Dough, then she should donate it to the troop for them to process that request.

Events & Camp toggle arrow

Is your Girl Scout interested in attending summer camp or participating in a program event this fall? She can apply her Digital Dough, in full dollar amounts, to any event registration she's interested in or will be attending with her troop!

To apply her dough, you'll need the camp session, event name, or volunteer day camp code (provided on the volunteer day camp registration packet). Find upcoming program events and event information here.

When you're ready to complete registration using Digital Dough, please select "Program Event or Camp Registration" on the Girl Digital Dough Redemption form and we'll take care of it for you. Once we have everything completed, you'll receive an email confirmation letting you know she's all set!

Council Shops toggle arrow

She can spend her dough on uniform supplies, books, badges, patches, and more! Bring her Digital Dough numbers with you to your regional council shop location. That's all you need!

Note: Digital Dough cannot be redeemed online for a shop purchase. If you can't make it into the shop, please contact the Customer Care Team at 888.350.5090 or by email to discuss purchase arrangements.

Troop Dough toggle arrow

If she wishes, she can contribute her personal Digital Dough to her Girl Scout troop. This allows the troop leader to spend dough on the troop as a whole, including other girls and even adults on the fun!

To contribute some or all of her Digital Dough to her troop, please select "I would like to contribute my dough to my troop!" on the Girl Digital Dough Redemption form and we'll take care of it for you. Once we have everything completed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your new Digital Dough balance.

Savings accounts for CSA Girl Scouts

Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador girls and troops have the option to transfer their Digital Dough into a savings account. By adding dough in a savings account, girls can save up long-term to support opportunities such as Girl Scout Destinations, council-sponsored trips, and Gold Award projects. For more information on moving dough to a savings account, please visit the Girl Digital Dough redemption form or the Troop Digital Dough redemption form and follow the prompts to request a new savings account. Contact our Customer Care team or your regional Program Manager.

Note: membership renewals and program event registrations must be paid in full with digital dough, and camp balances must be paid in whole-dollar increments.

Please provide troop camp reservation information to apply Digital Dough to any balances. If you have a large troop (more than 20 girls), you can contact the Customer Care Team directly to expedite dough payments.

Attending Troop Adventure Camp (TAC) this summer? You'll receive a TAC-specific Digital Dough form if you're already signed up for TAC. The form linked below is for non-TAC camping only.
