Taking care of finances is even easier than before as everything is
now handled through Automated Clearing House (ACH) withdrawals. Troops
will no longer have to deposit funds into our council bank account
using deposits that can be time consuming and hard to track. Now, you
deposit all your fall product funds into the troop account, and the
council will withdraw what you owe. In an increasingly paperless
world, this means that girls, families, and troops will be able to cut
down on the deposits, receipts, cash, and checks!
The Girl Scouts of Western Ohio Bank Information Form is required
for all troops. Troops must also submit their form before gaining
access to Clover Go "boarding" registration. Clover Go will
allow your troop and girls to accept Credit Card payments on the go!
And the best part? GSWO is covering all of the fees!
1 | Complete the Bank Information Form*
Have your troop bank account information handy, you’ll need
your Routing and Account numbers! Visit gswo.org/bankform to complete.
*this is required for every troop to participate in the Product
Programs. Not submitting this form will result in product being
withheld at delivery.
2 | Watch the brief Clover Go recorded training
In your confirmation email after completing the Bank
Information form (above), you will receive a link to watch a short
video explaining Clover Go.
3 | Set up your Clover Go Account!
Once you have watched the training you will be able to create
your Clover Go account so that your troop can accept credit card
payments anywhere, anytime! If you set up your Clover Go account
during the Cookie Program, then you're all set for fall!
Ready to go? Complete your Bank Information Form now!
Council will perform one ACH (Automatic Clearing House) withdrawal
at the end of the Fall Product Program on December 9, 2020.
