Care to Share Donation Program

For those customers who may not want to purchase nuts or candy for themselves, the Care to Share donation program is a perfect solution! Customers simply pay $7 and GSWO will donate an item to a local food bank. Council handles all of the logistics and delivery. Last year, our council donated more than 6,000 items to local food pantries throughout western Ohio!

To partcipate, a customer simply pays the funds and they will either select that option online or mark "Care to Share" on the order card.

When girls collect five (5) donations each, they'll earn the Care to Share patch!

Thank your customers who donated to the Care to Share program with a Care to Share receipt.

ACH Processing & Financial Forms

In the event that a caregiver does not turn in their balance due after several attempts at collection, complete the Unpaid Funds Collection Assistance Form by the required deadline for council to step in and assist your troop with this debt.

If your troop collects a check for payment that later bounces or is returned and debited from your troop bank account for insufficient funds, complete the Check Recovery Form for financial assistance from council.

ACH Processing
Taking care of finances is easier than ever as everything is now handled through Automated Clearing House (ACH) withdrawals. Troops will no longer have to deposit funds into our council bank account using deposits that can be time consuming and hard to track. Now, you deposit all your fall product funds into the troop account, and the council will withdraw what you owe. In an increasingly paperless world, this means that girls, families, and troops will be able to cut down on the deposits, receipts, cash, and checks!

The GSWO Bank Information Form is required for all troops. Troops must also submit their form before gaining access to Clover Go, which will allow your troop and girls to accept credit card payments on the go! And the best part? GSWO is covering all of the fees!

1 | Complete the Bank Information Form*
Have your troop bank account information handy, you’ll need your Routing and Account numbers!
*this is required for every troop to participate in the Product Programs. Not submitting this form will result in product being withheld at delivery.

2 | Watch the brief Clover Go recorded training
In your confirmation email after completing the Bank Information form, you will receive a link to watch a short video explaining Clover Go.

3 | Set up your Clover Go Account!
Once you have watched the training, set up your Clover Go account so that your troop can accept credit card payments any time, anywhere! If you already have an existing Clover account from previous years, as long as there are no changes to your bank info, then you're all set to use that account again!

Ready to go? Complete your Bank Information Form now and set up your Clover Go account (set up should be done from a desktop, while the Clover Go app can be used on your mobile device to process transactions on the go).

GSWO will perform one ACH (Automatic Clearing House) withdrawal at the end of the Fall Product Program on December 16, 2022.

Clover Go Credit Card Processing

Clover Go is a credit card processing app available for all of our troops and all of our girls! This means troops and girls will be able accept credit cards for a contact-free form of payment when delivering fall product to customers. All funds are directly deposited into the troop banking account making it fast, easy, and efficient to accept credit cards!

And the best part? Girl Scouts of Western Ohio is covering all of the processing fees!

If your troop has used the Clover Go app already, then no need to set up a new account! As long as your information is correct, then you're all set up to use during the Fall Product Program.
