Everyone knows we sell cookies in the winter, but did you know we also sell goodies in the fall?
By participating in the Fall Product Program, your Girl Scouts can start earning funds near the beginning of the membership year without having to wait for the Cookie Program! They'll be eligible for sweet rewards and exclusive program opportunities, and they'll get to practice five skills that will last a lifetime: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics.
The Fall Product Program is fun, low stakes, and can be completely paperless! Check out the resources below for everything you need to get started.

- Register or renew your Girl Scout for the 2025-2026 Membership Year.
- Obtain fall program materials—including the paper order card and a printed copy of the Fall Product Guide for Families—from your troop fall product manager. You can view these materials for download below.
- Review the Family Guide for details on setting up your Girl Scout's M2 site, plus view the list of products and rewards.
- Set goals: which reward levels does she want to earn?

Help them launch their first business smoothly with this guide to caregiver meetings, order taking, and finances.
VIEW HERE!Troop Volunteers — Action Steps Before the Program Begins
Be sure that your troop has a designated troop fall product manager! This person will be the volunteer in chage of the program for the girls. They need to be registered as a Troop Assistant - Fall Product Manager and complete the online agreement form. This agreement form must be completed before access can be granted to M2, the online system needed to properly manage the Fall Product Program.
In September, connect with your service unit fall product coordinator to pick up your program materials prior to the start of the program in October.
Once you've completed these first steps, here's what you'll need to do next:
- Ensure that all Troop Finanical forms have been completed including the Bank Info Form.
- Watch the Fall Product Program for Experience Leaders training (2025 training coming soon!)
- If you are a new fall manager, sign up for the 2025 Fall Product Program Rookie Webinar
- Review the materials, products, and rewards with girls.
- Hand out the Guide for Families and paper order cards to girls and caregivers.
- When you receive access, set up your M2 account to manage your troop's program.
- Utilize the receipts included in your fall materials when providing product to or collecting funds from caregivers. These receipts now serve as their agreement form, so no separate form is needed.

- Follow emails for more details regarding product pick up dates, times, and locations.
Did your troop early bird register for this Girl Scout membership year? If so, did you know that you can earn an extra bonus at cookie time? That's right! Troops that registered at least 5 girls and 2 leaders (or 3 girls for CSA troops) by May 31, 2025, and have at least 3 girls participate in the Fall Product Program with a PGA of 10+ items, will earn an additional $0.05 per packages sold during the 2026 Cookie Program!

The 2025 Fall Product Program lineup consists of delicious nuts and candy varieties and magazine subscriptions that can be purchased online. All items (with the exception of the magazine subscriptions) will arrive in the middle of November and make great gifts for family, friends, teachers, and co-workers!
For customers that purchasing through the digital storefront who choose to have items shipped directly to their home, several additional items (beyond what we offer on our order card) are available, offered by our vendor Trophy Nut direct from their warehouse—including new items from Tervis, personalized stationary, candles and exclusive Girl Scout BarkBoxes!
