In your nomination, please emphasize how your nominee has worked to bring about change in her area of focus or interest. You may nominate more than one individual. Please complete a separate nomination form for each individual you are nominating.

currently registered in grades 9-12. She can be in a troop, a Girl
Scout Juliette, or an individual who is registered in Girl Scouts
through her school, church, or community center. We ask that the
efforts you nominate her for be directly connected to the
experiences she has gained through Girl Scouts.
If possible, the girl nominated should be available to attend the event scheduled for the evening of March 8, 2022 at the Queen City Club in Cincinnati, Ohio with a parent or a guardian. If she cannot attend, she should be able to participate in a video recording that can be played at the event.
- A greater Cincinnati metro area
corporation that has championed women in the workplace. This can be
through hiring and training practices, mentoring, creating paths for
upward mobility, increased presence of women in previously
under-represented areas, presence of women in the C-suite, etc.
Nominations for the Corporate Changemaker award should be submitted
for the company as a whole, not an individual. However, please
provide the name of an individual we should contact at the
organization regarding the nomination.
This award is meant to be for a for-profit corporation operating in, or headquartered in, the greater Cincinnati metro area. If you are submitting a non-profit or other type of organization, please consider making this a nomination for the individual who is responsible for working for change through that organization.
