This course will teach you how to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. You'll learn skills necessary to provide immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Those who successfully complete this course will receive certificates for First Aid and AED with CPR - Adult and Child, which are valid for two years. This course is hybrid and requires online coursework to be completed before attending this training. The in-person skills review & test take place at the Girl Scout Service Center closest to you (Dayton, Toledo, Lima, and Blue Ash)
