Seven New Members-at-Large Elected to Board of Directors

June 2, 2020—Girl Scouts of Western Ohio announces the newest members of its Board of Directors. Representing 32 counties throughout western Ohio and southeastern Indiana, the 2020-2021 elected Board of Directors officers and members-at-large include:


  • Board Chair - Victoria Nilles (Dayton) – Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office
  • 1st Vice Chair - Cassie Barlow (Beavercreek) – Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education
  • 2nd Vice Chair - Kimber Fender (Melbourne, KY)  
  • Secretary - Patrice Borders (Cincinnati) – Prevention Strategies LLC
  • Treasurer - Susan Gantz Matz (West Chester) 
  • Immediate Past Chair - Ellen Iobst, (Trophy Club, TX)

In addition, two current Girl Scouts, Gillian Heineman of Vandalia, and Tierney Rasmussen of Terrace Park, were appointed as Girl Members and will serve a one-year term on the board.
